Maxim's Automotive Business Unit is seeking an Executive Business Manager to support the Serial Link (GMSL) product line at Maxim Headquarters in San Jose. The Executive Business Manager will report to the Business Director and will make business decisions that will drive the growth of these product lines.

The day-to-day responsibilities are intense yet exciting.

Grow revenue and profit in your market segment and geography

Drive go-to-market strategies for the product line

Develop strong relationships with the key decision makers in the automotive interconnect market

Assist in the design-in process and drive to revenue realization

Help drive the product road map for the next generation of products

Justify and get funding for the development of new products

Travel globally to meet with customers and partners

Minimum Qualifications
BSEE with 5+ years of experience in technical marketing or product line management in the semiconductor space; automotive experience preferred

Candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with executives, customers, and engineers.

Candidate should be analytical and detail oriented

Candidate must be collaborative and a team player as he or she will work with other teams in the organization to provide real world system level solutions to our customers.
