The Outsourced Accounting team serves as an extension of our client’s leadership team by providing timely and value added finance and accounting insights and responsibilities include:
Monthly, quarterly or annual bookkeeping
Audit assistance, review and compilation services
Tax preparation and planning
Payroll service coordination
Accounting system consultation
Strategic consulting with management
Assessment and development of accounting systems and processes
Customized financial reporting
Budgeting and cash flow forecasting
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outsourced accounting or similar accounting role.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
CPA certification preferred.
Previous use of 2 or more of the following accounting software packages: Deltek GCS, Deltek Time and Expense, QuickBooks, Jamis or Unanet.
Advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical abilities and knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
Excellent written and verbal communications as well as proficient collaboration skills.
