Responsibilities

Manage fast-paced, full-lifecycle contracts processes including contract request management, review, assignment, execution/signature collection and record keeping.
Manage contract management systems and other internal records for all company-wide agreements
Interface directly with, and provide training to, business partners on contracts processes and contract requests
Continually evaluate and improve contract processes with a business-minded approach
Prepare and present weekly and quarterly metrics around contract processing and management
Manage and organize contracts templates for the Legal Department
Assist Legal team members on a wide variety of contract and legal matters as needed ? Support the Legal Department?s operational and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant law firm or in-house experience as a Contracts Administrator or Paralegal, with experience in contract administration and management
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience
Basic understanding of legal and contractual terms for a wide range of legal agreements
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload among conflicting demands
Technical proficiency with MS Suite and contract databases and related software; ability to work directly with software developers to implement improvements to systems and databases
Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills and attention to detail
Team player, common sense, good judgment
Sense of humor
