Customer Contact Services (CCS) is seeking highly motivated, energetic and focused Lead Generation Specialist to join our team!
CCS has been providing business solutions and employment opportunities for over 50 years! Our rapidly growing call center is expanding, and we are searching for team members to provide a positive customer experience.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Specialist to join our newly formed sales team. As Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving our business forward by identifying and connecting with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential clients through outbound calls, effectively communicating the value of our products and services to generate interest via outbound dialing.

Follow company-provided guidelines to maintain consistency in communication and ensure all important points are covered during calls.

Adjust strategies as necessary in response to client feedback and specific circumstances to enhance engagement and outcomes.

Schedule appointments for our sales representatives, ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation to sales closure.

Conduct research on potential companies that align with CCS's target audience to identify the most appropriate contacts.

Regularly communicate with the sales team to provide them with information on scheduled appointments and any pertinent details about the prospect.

Report on call performance and appointment success rates to supervisors and suggest improvements to the process.

Keep detailed and accurate records for all client interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, enabling seamless follow-up and analysis.

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets, contributing directly to the success of the sales team and overall growth of the company.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and share insights that could improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Deliver top-notch customer service on every call, representing our company with professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Continuously improve your skills and product knowledge through training and feedback, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in an outbound call center or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Professional, friendly and outgoing demeanor
- Previous experience in a sales role (preferred)
