Full Job Description
Friedman Real Estate, one of the largest privately owned commercial real estate firms in the country, is looking for talented professionals to join our Investment Sales Team in Metro Detroit, Downtown Chicago, and Houston,TX.
Friedman’s Investment Sales Team is currently comprised of a dynamic group of sales professionals who work together to source new opportunities for retail, multi-family, office, industrial and single tenant income producing assets. The team utilizes a customized CRM system and a nationwide buyer database. Leads are generated and vetted through our in-house research department. The team is supported by a professional group of analysts.
We are looking for sharp, sales-oriented professionals to foster and develop opportunities with clients and potential clients. You will work side-by-side with our current investment sales professionals helping to identify sales opportunities. You will be trained in deal identification, underwriting and analysis and closing. Sales and prospecting is a big part of this role, with a demonstrated ability to build strong, long-term client relationships.
Qualified candidates will need to obtain their real estate salespersons license (in the State where the sales professional operates) as a condition of employment.
At least two (2) year relevant sales experience.
Prior sales training experience is a plus.
The position is for a 1099 independent contractor.
Friedman Real Estate will provide initial and ongoing training for this role. You will be accountable to the Senior Managing Director of Brokerage Services.
