Restaurant Shift Manager

Asian Restaurant Concept located in the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport is looking for an experience manager to assist in the the leadership a high-volume Quick-Service Restaurant. This role will include managing a team of up to 60 hourly employees in a multi-unit capacity.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following

  • Reviewing and/or placing food orders
  • Providing coaching and feedback to shift managers and hourly employees
  • Employee training and development
  • Submitting invoices
  • Covering shifts in either/both units as needed
  • Fostering relationships with external partners within the airport
  • Quality assurance
  • Food Safety and Sanitation
  • Work a flexible schedule due to the nature of the business

Qualifications

  • 3-5 Years Food and Beverage Management Experience within a high-volume environment
  • Valid/Current Food Safety Manager Certificate
  • Experience leading operations exceeding 5 million dollars in annual revenues
  • Multi-Unit leadership experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Asian Cuisine preparation and cooking methods preferred
  • Must possess a passion for hospitality!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.00 /hour
