Office Assistant/Personal Assistant
We are currently seeking an office/personal assistant who will be working directly with the owners of a real estate management firm and handle their daily responsibilities as well as their personal tasks. Someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and assist in whatever tasks may arise that day.
The ideal candidate will provide a high level of customer service and confidentiality. Answering phones, greeting clients, booking both personal and business appointments, personal shopping and provide general administrative support to the Owner, Managing Partners and Operational Managers. You must be able to multi-task without missing a beat.
Minimum of 3 years of office experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Handle all personal matters with privacy and confidentiality
Scheduling and personal calendar
Manage Florida rental property
Arrange all aspects of travel for the Owner and Managing Partners as needed. This may include, arranging flights, hotels, car service, etc.

General operational administrative support
Provide general admin duties; such as, dictation, filing, copying, faxing, mailings, etc.
Meticulous attention to detail as well as exceptional organizational and time management skills
Receive, sort and route mail and emails
Data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel and Word
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task
Be able to work with minimal supervision
Assist in special projects, as needed
Must be an enthusiastic and a positive team player
