The Marketing Analyst is responsible for supporting strategic analytics throughout the agency. They will be responsible for determining what may be needed and ensuring client programs are operating at maximum efficiency and reports and analysis are developed to provide insights into program metrics. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for identifying the right information to capture, analyzing the data and reporting key information to support client business decisions.


Partner with account and client teams to understand business problems and strategies
Manage, discover, define of business requirements for processes, materials and strategic offerings within analytics
Brief development
Oversee management of projects for multiple clients, including American Express
Understand when and where advanced analytics are required - plan and execute
Work in multiple settings - with the client, collaboratively within the agency and independently
Can solve a diverse range of complex problems working with limited direction
Able to articulate complex analytic insights in an understandable, digestible and executional manner
Work with senior leadership to advance agency-wide analytical standards, strategy and offerings. Determine areas for innovation within analytics
Participate in planning meetings, including new business
Lead discovery of data relationship and overall data strategy - work with account and tech teams to determine program needs and requirements
Development of technical documents
Identify new sources of data and methods to improve data collection, analysis and reporting.
Design reports and dashboards to meet data analysis needs
Web/Digital analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and Tag Management (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager) experience
Experience with predictive modeling and statistical analysis programs (SPSS, Strata, Minitab, etc.)
Consumer research, customer journey, attribution and ecommerce/omnichannel analytics experience
Experience working with large, unstructured data sets from a variety of different data sources (Python, R experience a plus)

Bachelor's degree
Team player, willing to go the extra mile.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Able to wear multiple hats including analytics, reporting (Tableau) and campaign implementation.
Good written and verbal communications
5+ years of experience
Experience with digital and direct campaigns
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
