Priority Setting / Decision Making

  • Takes ownership for prioritization and delegation of tasks to meet all operational needs
  • Directly impacts scheduling decisions to staffing supports priorities related to shipment and product projects
  • Works in support of the management team in flawless execution of visual directives, as required
  • Leads the education of store Associates on consistent maintenance of company product flow, and backroom/ break area and bathroom standards, with high attention to detail
  • Manages the activities of Lead Associates and drives efficiency in all operational store processes
  • Strategically and accurately prioritizes shipment and product flow to maximize sales
  • Maintains merchandise flow, filling and presentation standards throughout the store and stockroom
  • Maintains a clean and well organized stockroom and store, promoting a safe working and shopping environment
  • Ensures all store associates follow all policies, procedures and all Safety Program practices

Results Driven

  • Acts as member of Store Management team during hours not dedicated to product flow or operational tasks; may lead shifts as the LOP
  • Holds self and others accountable for the accomplishment of all operational tasks
  • Coaches and provides feedback on associate' s performance
  • Supports associate engagement by recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Retail Management: 1 year

Education:

  • High school
