A day in the life…

The Senior UX Designer is adept at high-level product thinking, defining problems, and designing well-thought out solutions. Owns and drives high-profile projects to completion with little oversight, collaborating with project partners across the company to deliver innovative web and native app experiences. Effectively articulates even the most abstract ideas, and strives to keep the lines of communication open at every point throughout the process. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a strong advocate for the design process, and has a good handle on working with agile development methods.

Collaborate with project contributors, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to create user-focused concepts and interactive solutions
Know and understand the user needs and serve as their advocate when making design decisions
Own significant UX/UI design responsibilities
Develop detailed product deliverables that effectively communicate UX designs and product requirements
Maintain knowledge of user interface processes, tools and best practices to achieve higher quality, lower costs and shorter time to release
Maintain knowledge of all internal products and experiences
Own and execute entire large-impact projects as assigned
Effectively communicate concepts with authority and conviction

You own this if you have...
Minimum 5 years experience in UX/UI design
Strong organization and time management skills
Self-directed working style
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skill
Ability to research and resolve issues using appropriate resources
Demonstrated skill and experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interface designs and final visual comps for large and small screens (web & apps)
Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin, and knowledge of prototyping tools (Principle, Proto.io, Axure)
