As a senior, you will assist clients with the design, implement, communicate, and monitoring of their compensation philosophy and strategy. Plans include base salary, annual incentive, long-term incentives, executive-level retirement, deferred compensation, and fringe benefit plans.

Your key responsibilities
You will work on multiple reward projects delivering quality client service and providing flexible and innovative reward solutions. You will also be expected to have excellent communication skills, integrate into and lead new teams, and rapidly establish relationships. You’ll be generating profitable revenue by identifying follow-on engagement opportunities and developing lasting relationships with clients.
Skills and attributes for success
Provide competitive market data, quantitative/qualitative analyses, as well as assist with tax, accounting, regulatory, and governance matters
Have proficiency in the taxation of executive compensation and knowledge of Code Sections 83, 162(m), 280G and 409A
Participate in multiple executive compensation engagements for a diverse client base, both in and out of the transaction setting
Contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and effective responses to client needs and concerns
Participate in client meetings and work within a team environment to deliver fully integrated benefit services to clients
To qualify for the role you must have
A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, human resources, or a related field with around two to three years of related experience
Excellent analytical, research and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical business acumen
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing requirements
Project management experience, planning, budget management, and reporting
Ideally, you’ll also have
An MBA, Masters of Tax, or JD with strong academic credentials a plus
Prior compensation consulting experience a plus
