The Patient Service Rep (PSR) serves as the first point of contact for all patients entering our offices. The PSR role requires a strong emphasis on high quality customer service. Duties entail greeting our patients, collecting patient information (billing, insurance, personal data, etc) into our computer system, collecting copays, scheduling follow ups and other administrative duties.
The role requires the ability to read and communicate in the English language. High School graduate or equivalent required. Knowledge of medical terminology, excellent communication, interpersonal skills and computer usage. Experience in medical office, administration outpatient center or equivalent highly preferred.
This position will work in our Sicklerville office.
