Trade Transaction Services (TTS) Trade Technology organization supports the Global Trade Services, Trade Finance and Supply Chain management segment of the TTS Treasury and Trade business. From risk mitigation to financing, settlement to information, CITI’s trade experts and four, regional processing centers offer around –the-clock operations support and deliver world-class solutions to suppliers, buyers and Financial Institutions. Role / Position Overview
CITI is seeking a highly motivated candidate for the position of ‘TTS Apps Support Senior Analyst‘, within our global support team located in NY.
Managing, maintaining and supporting applications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality and functionality against service level expectations.
To develop, maintain and enhance monitoring solutions, which will require scripting knowledge to create advanced monitoring solutions.
To monitor and maintain platform stability during all business hours.
Manage the relationship with development and infrastructure teams.
Create and maintain a knowledge base to ensure that knowledge transfer takes place within the team
Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
Perform same day risk reconciliations
Formulates and defines scope and objectives for complex application enhancements and problem resolution
Reviews and develops application contingency planning to ensure availability to users.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
The role presents an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to develop a broad range of technical and soft skills, as well as the ability to develop a thorough understanding of the TTS business.

Nice to have:
- Solid SQL
- Experience supporting application
- Fundamentals of Linux/Unix and demonstrated experience supporting development in Unix Systems
- Experience using call/ticketing software
- Scripting Skills
- Experience supporting Unix systems with all of the following: AIX, MQ, ORACLE, OraaS Database, Java, SQL, NDM and WebSphere.
- Knowledge on Geneos ITRS monitoring would be an added advantage
- Experience with WebSphere architecture and business objects
- Experience in Autosys job scheduling Monitoring tool like ITRS, AppDynamics.
- Understanding of client server architecture (clustered and non-clustered)
