The Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for producing creative, relevant content to expand our company’s footprint and create positive brand awareness. Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled and imaginative writer with an eye for detail. If you can grasp project requirements quickly and offer valuable insight, we’d like to meet you. This role requires a high level of creativity along with strong project management skills.


Design both online and offline content marketing strategies to achieve business goals
Write clear, compelling copy for various mediums (e.g. ads, posts, newsletters)
Conceive, draft, proofread, and edit written materials quickly
Collaborate employees at all levels to produce high quality content
Create an array of internal content/communications, as needed
Develop an editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met
Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence
Conduct thorough research and interviews for publications
Manage the entire end-to-end process from content creation to execution
Develop social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, others) content plan, strategy & daily post for brand pages
Explore latest features and best practice on social media channels
Monitor and increase engagement rate of brand pages
Other duties as assigned

Excellent grammatical skills and the ability to develop content that requires little to no editing

Expertise in social media platforms
Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices
Understanding of formatting articles on the web

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required
Minimum 6-years relevant experience
Mortgage/financial services experience a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Proficiency in MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software
Knowledge of social media scheduling tools
Experience with Basic photo editing
