As OMAC continues to expand globally, we are seeking a Part-Time E-Commerce Customer Service Associate to join our Houston, Texas branch. This role is ideal for individuals with a positive attitude, eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced international team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all customer service activities, including emails, phone calls, chats, and returns for platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify.
- Engage with customers and provide exceptional service across all channels.
- Manage return processes and ensure customer satisfaction for OMAC USA.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Psychology, or related fields.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience in e-commerce (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify) is a plus.
- Attributes: We value productivity, multitasking, time management, problem-solving, and a strong professional work ethic. Timely feedback to managers is essential for success in this role.
Benefits:
