As a Service Advisor your duties will include interfacing with customers to schedule appointments, working with service technicians to identify and sell vehicle repairs/maintenance and determining repairs/maintenance by vehicle inspection and questioning customers. This position requires Advisors to research customer service history and information in our database using specific automotive programs. Customer service and satisfaction is our top priority so updating our customers in a timely and organized manner via telephone and email is key to our success.

Superior customer service and communication skills required, and sales experience is preferred. Ability to drive cars, vans, and large SUVs, both automatic and manual transmissions. Driver License and acceptable driving record required.
