Position Overview:
Stillwater Insurance Group has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant in the Claims Department.
This position will assist the Claims Department with claim file document requests, vendor payments, stop payments, and duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:

Strong PC knowledge and keyboarding skills

Experienced in Microsoft office products, including Excel spreadsheets (building & maintaining)

Data-entry - Route and index documents accurately and efficiently to our systems

Strong attention to detail

Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks

Excellent phone skills: professional, courteous, and efficient

Operate high speed scanners, printers, and postage meters as needed
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with an hour lunch.
