Full Job Description
Lincoln Laboratory is the scientific advisor to Reagan Test Site at the U.S. Army Garrison Kwajalein Atoll installation 2,500 miles WSW of Hawaii. Fifteen staff members, accompanied by their families, work at this site, serving two to five-year tours of duty. The site’s radars, optical, and telemetry sensors support space and missile testing and space operations. The Laboratory supports upgrades to the sensors and command-and-control infrastructure at Reagan Test Site.
We seek a motivated student to serve as an office assistant during the summer.
Duties include answering telephones, taking messages, typing correspondence, filing, making travel arrangements, copying documentation and providing general office support for the Kwajalein MIT LL Group Office.
High School diploma or equivalent required
Currently enrolled in a college program preferred.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in a collaborative and individual setting.
Interested students must already have sponsorship and housing on Kwajalein for the duration of the internship.
