We are currently seeking an Executive Director. The key roles/responsibilities of the community's Executive Director may include: responsible for the overall business operations to include networking, budgeting, resident relations, leadership, staff development, and personnel management. The Executive Director is the leader of the property management team and communicates directly with the corporate leadership team.

Minimum Requirements

Associate Degree in related field required, Bachelor Degree preferred.
Demonstrated work experience in assisted living, memory care, or Alzheimer's care, preferred.
Demonstrated work experience in supervisory role with increased levels of responsibility in operational activities.
Must meet the minimum qualification requirements for Executive Directors as mandated by state Assisted Living regulations.
