What You'll Do:
Although we're proud of our history, we're just as excited about the future! We want to create a world-class culture that attracts, develops, engages and retains the nation's elite talent. To do this, we are looking for a dynamic and assertive People Partner.

The People Partner will be responsible for providing human resources support to develop, deliver and maintain programs which directly align with the achievement of business objectives. You will drive efforts in the areas of employee relations, performance management, organizational design/efficiency, training, and communication. This person will come with a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments where they have developed and implemented effective people focused strategies.

  • Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with employee groups.
  • Build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by supporting, developing and retaining top talent.
  • Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization
Lead Human Resources core processes: performance management, change management, succession planning, salary planning, positive employee relations, and management resource review.

Deliver compensation, organizational design and strategies for workforce planning, deployment and retention to address the current and future needs of the business while ensuring a diverse workforce.

  • Provide a broad range of HR support actions for achieving business objectives, including talent management, organization effectiveness (change management, leader effectiveness, organization design), and employee engagement
  • Under the guidance of the Chief People Officer, design and implement program strategies to support the long-term business objectives
  • Drive efficiencies throughout the business while ensuring alignment with overall objectives
  • Partner with Functional Business Leaders to ensure flawless execution of employee and organizational support at all levels of the organization
  • Provide coaching on a variety of Human Resources related topics with focus on employee relations
  • Engage with managers to counsel employees on performance management
  • Provide managers with feedback from their employees and advise on best course of action to drive strongest performance
  • Conduct internal investigations in conjunction with the appropriate resources
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and company direction
  • Craft corporate communications to ensure effective message delivery for all levels of the organization
  • Build collaborative relationships amongst the HR community to leverage/share best practices and foster success of entire team
  • Drive efficiencies throughout the business while ensuring alignment with overall objectives

  • Minimum of 10+ years of HR Generalist experience in a fast growth business, SaaS experience a plus
  • Full comprehensive knowledge of US employment law; global experience a plus
  • Experience in program ownership; having created innovative, cutting-edge programs and successfully seen through implementation to integration in an organization
  • Experience in data analytics; have the ability to determine identify and track KPIs and use data to tell a story
