DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Support the development and ongoing delivery of solutions relative to Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Technology. Deliver end-to-end process and platform changes for large scale initiatives, including project management and business analysis. Serve as point of contact to Senior Leadership, Front Office, and Operations and oversee reporting on initiatives. Lead working groups and facilitate weekly meetings with leadership. Analyze business operating models to identify potential efficiencies by redefining responsibilities and workflows, implementing automation, and effecting change in processes, procedures, and infrastructure. Identify, assess and document business requirements. Propose solutions that balance technical capabilities and limitations of platforms with business priorities. Implement new digital and scalable solutions for the Trusts and Estates business around Administration and Settlements through project management, training sessions, and development of training manuals. Engage and influence a broad range of individuals across businesses lines and key support functions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Administration and Management, Finance, or related field of study plus four [4] years of experience in the job offered or as Product Strategy/Support, Fiduciary Business Manager, Business Analyst or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Agile; Trust administration lifecycle including onboarding, administration and settlements to support business strategy and transformation; Jira; Confluence; Design Thinking; data analytics for trust and estates accounts; Identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems; Influencing key stakeholders to support business reviews, hypotheses, and strategic recommendations; Leveraging data to solve complex business challenges; Communicating with internal and external clients regarding requirements and business flows; and Articulating the value proposition and business case including benefits, costs, and return on investments for various high transformation solutions.
Job Location: 390 Madison Avenue, New York, New York 10017. This position requires up to 5% domestic travel. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
Full-Time. Salary: $108,000 - $150,000 per year.
