IT Support Technician Level II

Computer Courage is currently searching for a new technician to join our growing IT support team. The technician will perform business IT services and support to our customers and Level I technicians.

Job Responsibilities

Provide IT services and support to Computer Courage business clients
Provide support, leadership, and training to Level I technicians
Manage, work, and track tickets in an MSP ticketing system
Manage, monitor, and document client IT hardware, software, and services
Resolve escalated tickets from Level I technicians with Services Manager
Participate in IT project planning and execution with Project Manager
Work to improve IT processes with other Level II Technicians
Act as a primary technician and point of contact for multiple dedicated accounts
Qualifications and Skills

Strong customer service, communication skills and organizational skills
Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Apple OS X
Demonstrated knowledge of Windows Server and OS X Server
Demonstrated knowledge of computer networking
Experience with cloud technology administration
Experience with ticketing systems and queues
Ability to consult, plan, and execute IT strategy with clients
4+ years experience in the IT industry, MSP experience preferred
Good documentation skills, attention to detail
Access to a car, a valid US driver’s license, and car insurance
Must be eager to work hard, to learn many new skills, solve problems, and work efficiently in a managed services environment
