Epsilon is looking for a top-notch Account Manager to join our team. You are an ordered person who likes the challenge of reigning in chaotic accounts and projects as much as you like proactively and methodologically executing projects. You will manage the design and implementation of digital marketing solutions for our clients, delivering premier, high-volume, high-visibility and enterprise-scale websites, complex web and mobile applications, engaging and impactful digital marketing programs as well as engaging creative and brand enrichment solutions. You will manage several client relationships and develop new ones. You will also bring your considerable marketing, creative, technical or strategic experiences to the table for your clients as a lead consultant.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
You responsibilities include: Client Ownership, Client Services and Project Management. As a Client Owner, you will be expected to manage both the day-to-day client details as well as the overall client relationship of multiple clients for your Director or Client Partner. As a Client Services Manager, your primary responsibility is to own the project, manage the project and ensure that all deliverables are met on time and budget. Finally, as a Consultant, you are expected to bring your considerable multi-channel marketing experience to bear in creating strategies, delivering solutions and providing advice to your clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

® Collaborates with the client to develop and/or assess/review Client strategy plans

® Synthesizes knowledge of business and consumer to develop viable business strategies

® Works closely with the internal teams and the client to plan and develop individual project plan, deliverables, timelines, detailing out specific critical paths

® Is responsible for the delivery of all documents including creative briefs and requirements docs

® Drives the project team to meet the timelines as agreed upon, maintaining the critical path

® Effectively negotiates issues that may arise through the project lifecycle to maintain the project integrity and schedule

® Escalates issues to Client Partner that cannot be resolved within the project team that ultimately impact the schedule and/or project deliverables

® Holds regular team meetings to manage schedule, obtain updates, discuss issues and resolve problems with the project. Updates project schedules on a weekly basis and communicates changes to project team members and Account Team or Client Partner

® Communicates major milestones, priorities, bottlenecks and other major problems, which affect a successful delivery

® Ensures that project teams input hours, runs Weekly Reports on Project Burn and presents reports to Account Team or Client Partner

® Prepares Client documentation to include: Requirements Documents, Specifications, Status Reports, Change Orders, Client Approval Documents and Statements of Work.

® Leads the Epsilon team in the development of strategic presentations (strategic analysis, recommendations, requirements, etc.)

® Manage Client communications regarding key deliverables, projects and strategies

® Manage multiple client relationships for Account Team or Client partner

® Identifies other Epsilon service lines to help meet the Client’s business goals

The candidate must have proven ability and qualifications in the following areas:

® 3 – 5 years experience managing clients in an Agency or Consultancy Environment

® 4 – 8 years Multi-Channel Marketing Experience knowledge/experience

® 4 – 8 years project management experience involving successful development and deployment (full life cycle) of consumer and business marketing programs

® Maturity and experience necessary to work with clients at various levels of the organization, especially Clients, Development and Creative Teams

® Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required; able to drive decisions and forward progress in the face of obstacles

® Excellent matrix management, team building and motivation skills required; able to effectively work with many different personalities to build a cohesive team

® Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities

® Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver on time results; grace under pressure

® Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills.

® Bachelor's degree or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
