Job Description:
Provide business support as a member of the AMRS FICC Sales COO team, supporting the broader AMRS FICC Sales franchise, including Rates, FX, Emerging Markets, Credit, Mortgages, and Solutions.
Responsibilities include: support the implementation of our FICC client strategy; partner with technology to review and deploy new FinTech tools for our sales teams, develop, maintain and analyze client management reporting; regulatory reform implementation as it pertains to our salesforce and client-base; expense management; general project management; business continuity planning and ad-hoc requests/support of the AMRS FICC salesforce
Work closely with front office (sales and trading) and support partners to resolve issues that arise, improve process efficiency (operational efficiency), ensure accurate reporting

Three-plus years of financial services experience, preferably with a background in Business Management, Middle Office, Operations, or Finance
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact across levels and departments
Strong analytical skills, able to quickly assimilate data and adjust to changing conditions/priorities
Robust MIS and presentation capabilities – strong Excel and PowerPoint skills a must ; familiarity of the firm’s systems and operations beneficial
Knowledge of our client franchise and how we service both Institutional level and Corporate clients is helpful
