The Leveraged Finance Origination and Restructuring (LFO&R) team, part of the Debt Capital Markets Solutions Group within Investment Banking is seeking a full-time Associate.
Credit Suisse is known for allowing new Associates to take on as much responsibility as they can handle. However, we do so in an environment that encourages and supports your growth and development.
As an Associate, your primary responsibilities will be to assist senior members of the team in the preparation of pitching materials and in the day-to-day interaction with clients of the desk, including execution of live trades. You will also be expected to synthesize information from diverse sources through timely financial analysis and market research, and communicate it effectively to senior coverage officers.
Strong communication skills are needed to deliver investment views, trade ideas and potential business opportunities to senior coverage officers and clients.

To apply for this position, you must be a graduate from a master's degree program with strong academic credentials in Finance or have multiple years of experience in the financial industry. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills are a must, as well as advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. In addition, the candidate must be detail oriented and able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients (both in writing and orally).
