Full Job Description
The Pro Senior Operations Business Analyst is responsible for leading small to medium subsets of larger projects and initiatives that bring value to the Pro Desk and Pro Customers. They must possess a high level of analytical ability to distinguish multiple components of a problem and develop conclusions using quantitative skills. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to project management, effective communication to internal and external business partners, reviewing and understanding data, and strong connectivity with stores. A key focus area for this role is around optimizing Pro department labor to better align Pro Desk associates with customer needs in order to drive sales.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Utilize project management to assist in leading project teams and facilitating collaboration with cross-functional partners
Perform analytics such as gathering data, project/strategy planning, data manipulation/utilization, and development of solutions
Produce documents for teams and leadership to review with the purpose of being utilized by field partners
Assist in planning and implementation of full scale company rollout
Build connectivity with field leaders/associates to obtain feedback and drive execution
Build skills and knowledge including self-development, team knowledge and customer (internal) knowledge
Deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders

Typically reports to Pro Operations Manager Pro Business
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 3 years
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about.
On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
5 years of work experience
