Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of a template based international SAP solution
  • A leader supporting the SAP Rollout projects in the Americas region within primary and secondary areas
  • Implementation of SAP based process optimizations
  • Close collaboration with Regional Process Owners and with the central SAP / IT-Business Applications team
  • Analysis, classification and troubleshooting within the first level support for SAP Users in the Americas region
  • Documentation of solutions and continuous improvement of the quality of support and processes
  • Identification of Key User team and facilitation of their involvement in the concept phase
  • Coordinate End-User training executed by Key Users
  • Coordination of Authorization Requests of Users
  • Participate in Process Workshops and support concept phase
  • Coordinate gap analysis with key users
  • Responsible for the realization of identified and approved change Impacts in plant (processes/ organizational)
  • Responsible for Master Data preparation and cleansing in plant for all Business Units (in cooperation with the Key Users for each module)
  • Responsible for Migration Validation
  • Primary face-off to RSC Manager
  • Develop, track and follow through project timelines and track milestones
  • Proactively identify and resolve isues and conflicts within project
  • Assist in organizational change management
  • Coordinate with process governance team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with demanding SAP implementation projects and/or with SAP application support
  • Several years experience with the administration, configuration and support of SAP systems
  • Well-rounded SAP knowledge across manufacturing functions including PP, PM, MM, SD, QM, WMS, and LES.
  • SAP FICO experience a plus.
  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Logistics Execution Systems (LES), plus experience in at least one other SAP module
  • Expert knowledge of relevant SAP modules and basic skills in additional modules including customizing and process consulting
  • Experience with processes within the automotive supply industry or an equivalent sector of industry
  • Self starter who uses structured methods in collaboration with other team members
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, domestically and internationally
  • Excellent standing within the site organization in all Business Units
  • Broad understanding of manufacturing processes

  • Prior experience in program delivery
