Eberjey is looking for a Director of eCommerce to lead and grow our eCommerce business. This includes our websites, our presence on major marketplaces and all the digital properties including online marketing, social media, merchandising, user experience and site operations. In this role, you will have P&L responsibility and will report directly to our CEO.

What you’ll do:
Drive the e-commerce business from strategy to analytics and decision-making.
Ensure product assortment and content is rich, well-merchandised, engaging, complete, accurate and fully optimized for both consumers and search engines
Oversee all digital marketing efforts and maintain relationships with third party vendors.
Conduct quality assurance testing
Analyze, report, and act on web, advertising and social media metrics, making improvements when performance issues arise
Work closely with Marketing team to ensure promotional and marketing strategies and experiences are consistent on-site and in email and digital traffic drivers
Foster a positive, creative, fast-paced, and technologically-inspiring team environment
Provide consistent and effective leadership and mentorship to advance the skills and overall effectiveness of the eCommerce team

What you’ll need:
8+ years of progressive experience in an eCommerce leadership role (Fashion, Luxury, Retail are preferred)
Strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines required to drive traffic to retail websites, including SEM/PPC, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Content Distribution, and Marketing Analytics
Be technically proficient, detail-oriented, analytical and results-driven with effective communication skills
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Proficiency in Magento, Google Analytics and Google Adwords
