Independent audiology practice seeks full-time Patient Care Coordinator. The hours for this position are as follows: Monday & Wednesday 8:30am-5:00pm, Tuesday & Thursday 9:00am-6:30pm, Friday 8:30am-12:30pm.


Hearing Solution Center is a private hearing healthcare practice. We work to empower our patients with unhurried education, expert counsel and transformative solutions to improve both their hearing and quality of life.


The Patient Care Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients at the practice. Ideal candidate is a reliable & detail oriented individual who learns quickly, works well with others and is friendly. This position requires flexibility with both the duties and the ability to multi-task and complete assigned tasks with interruptions. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills, are required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling & confirming patient appointments, check-ups and physician referrals.
  • Managing phone calls, checking messages, returning missed calls, changing greeting when necessary.
  • Checking patients in & out of appointments
  • Working directly with insurance companies to determine patient specific coverage and understanding current HIPAA laws
  • Insurance billing
  • Data entry & record keeping
  • Troubleshooting minor hearing aid issues
  • Collecting and recording payments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a hearing healthcare environment
  • Interest in marketing

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 year degree preferred
  • Strong interest in patient care and hearing health
  • At least one year front office experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience billing insurance

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $15.00 /hour
