Remote or On-Site: Remote Sellers will have online training and 24 hour support. On-Site sellers will be trained in our office. Training will include Site wide navigation, SEO, Sales program and features training including rebuttals, Sales Database CRM training, Ring Central Phone System and G-Suite.

We are adding to our team of quick-thinking individuals, who can generate business through outbound calls, and contact new customers through warm leads provided. We have 40,000 Listings to contact. We provide you with nationwide leads to call.

If you can communicate efficiently and quickly through hi-level sales, then this is the place for you. This is an up-sellers dream; selling to Lawyers only! 1099 FULL Commission (30%) + Annual Renewal Residual Pay (5%). Commissions paid weekly (not monthly.)

We are different from other Legal Listing Sites because we utilize cutting-edge technology to increase their online conversions and we provide our clients the best customer service to earn their return business. You may come into work daily or work remotely from home. We have beautiful offices in a Triple-A building, located behind the Roosevelt Field mall in Garden City, NY. Easy parking, close to Southern State, Meadowbrook Norther State Pkwys. In-building Cafeteria for your convenience.

You will be contacting Criminal Defense Lawyers already profiled on our website, to sell them expanded online listings in our Directory. These firms/lawyers are buyers already. They will have an option to buy one of 3 packages ( $999 - $1997 - $2997) listing their firm, profile, website, location, practice areas, and additional up-sale, add-ons, and a la carte features.

We have quarterly new product phases planned, creating new calling opportunities for your accounts to purchase as we make them available.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

This is an outbound calling sales role with the ability to drive your own business, own your day, keep customers happy, and make a great living.

By contributing to TheCDLDirectory's growth, we share our success with our employees in many ways.

  • 1099 Full Commission-paid weekly (not the end of the month.) Commission=30% of all your sales!

TRAINING:

  • Be trained by our #1 Sales Trainer in the Industry WITH OVER 30 YEARS experience in teaching salespeople skills, so they reach their highest potential. Remote training via PowerPoint/Zoom Meetings.
  • Our Corporate Trainer will review everything you need to virtually hit the ground running: sales techniques, lead-in scripts (this is not a scripted sale,) objections, rebuttals, how to effectively work a lead, etc.
  • Our Operations Manager will train our Sales Database (CRM) system so you will know how to pull up your accounts, communicate with them and track them to up-sell, as well as using our Ring Central account to use a soft phone via your computer.
  • Our HR Director will review the HR Employee Database.
  • Through our customized Sales Database System, you will be receiving leads to call, sell them and track your accounts and input notes or callbacks. Sales professionals just love to keep this information in one simple CRM that they can pull at their fingertips!

BE PREPARED TO:

  • Generate a high volume of outbound calls to Criminal Defense Attorneys with the goal of closing sales orders daily.
  • Upsell those during the year, with our additional Tech features to boost their online listings.
  • Maintain an accurate daily record of sales and sales activity. We will help you track your contacts with our easy to use Sales CRM database system.
  • Be Successful at maintaining sound relationships with existing customers in order to build a solid book of business.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Minimum 2+ years of high volume, phone-based outbound calling, and a passion for prospecting, converting warm leads into a sale. Legal sales experience a plus.
  • Proven ability to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets around call volume and email targets.
  • Strong telephone skills. We will provide you with email templates for additional communication.
  • Born with an aggressive, hungry, hunter mentality with a bold attitude regarding business development; desire to consistently achieve top results and superior closing skills.
  • Ability to receive and act on fresh leads through a daily feed.
  • Trainable: Ability to retain what you learn through our full & ongoing advanced training sessions.
  • Experience in retaining your sales clients and work on gaining a relationship in building accounts.
  • Enjoy conversational selling and seasoned to talk to Lawyers/Professionals.
  • Must be able to manage a book of business in a CRM system with a detailed follow-up process
  • Proven success in a commission based sales position.
  • A self-starter and must make 80-100 calls per day!
  • This is an exciting opportunity and cold call experience and penetrating through the "gatekeeper" is a must!!!
  • Must have high speed internet, Computer, printer and phone headset (Logi-Techs are good)
