We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Supervisor to manage digital media strategy for top-tier entertainment and live event clients. This is a full-time, on-site position offering 401k and health benefits – awesome! We’re looking for someone with a minimum of four to five years of digital media planning experience in an ad agency.

This role develops and executes digital media plans based on client objectives in collaboration with our internal team members. You’ll also work with vendors and partners to optimize your media campaigns and ensure delivery by pulling pacing reports. The ideal candidate will be able to carry out deep, expert analysis of the campaign progress as well as communicate that information into a clear, easy-to-understand report for clients. We’re also looking for a budget rockstar, someone who can ensure their campaigns run at their maximum efficiencies.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the growth and performance of the junior staff on your team, including goal setting and performance reviews. You will participate in hiring processes, play a role in improving internal agency processes as well as interdepartmental communication and collaboration.

Can effortlessly build relationships with outside vendors, Situation media traffickers, media buyers, and our billing and client services departments. You understand the importance of these relationships and work hard to maintain them.
Are a natural when it comes to communication and presentation skills. You rock talking in front of a room full of people…and the people in the room think you rock, too.
Have an outstanding knack for explaining new or complicated concepts in simple terms. You don’t break a sweat when you have to describe the difference between PPC and CPM to a total media newbie.
Love coming up with new ways to think about old problems. You seek out innovative opportunities and strategize creative solutions to meet your clients’ and your team's needs.
Are obsessed with online media trends, and make it your business to be ahead of the curve.
Love numbers and using data to make strategic decisions.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital media planning in an ad agency
Working knowledge of the full suite of products in the Google Ads (AdWords) interface including search, YouTube and Google Display Network
Previous experience with Google Analytics
Previous experience with paid social platforms (Facebook and Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience preferred with Google Campaign Manager (DoubleClick); Display & Video 360 (DoubleClick Bid Manager)
