Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Supervisor to join our team. As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple locations within our organization. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
Duties:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple locations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels across all locations
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Train and develop store managers and staff members
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and provide feedback
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a grocery store or retail environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in payroll processing and budget management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
