About the position:

Senior programmer is responsible for managing the project life cycle from questionnaire review through delivery of final data. This individual must be an established survey programmer with project and account management expertise. Must be consultative, a problem solver and able to work directly with clients to identify and implement the best solution for each project. Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Clearly understand project goals and offer recommendations that will achieve the best project outcome.
  • Provide expert questionnaire review and correct any issues in questionnaire design that could lead to poor data collection.
  • Run kick off calls with clients and handle programming project management duties for each project. Put together timelines, address questions and offer solutions as required.
  • Monitor and manage quotas in field. Work with other OWL resources to suggest options/solutions to make sure that fieldwork is completed on time and on budget.
  • Help determine if additional custom developed solutions may be required based on client needs.
  • Run thorough quality assurance of each project.
