Exciting new job opening for a Supply Chain Portal Analyst to join our team and work on-site at our global client's HQ's in Memphis, TN. In this role, you will be working within the Supply Management team. This team is responsible to drive massive economies of scale and negotiate competitive contracts with industry-leading suppliers to ensure direct savings on products. This role will report to the Manager, Portal Applications. You will be responsible for working with contract owners to ensure their programs are created and up-to-date in Salesforce and ensure the contract dates for programs are consistent with contracts in Ariba. You will be performing program audits and pulling reports to send to Leadership. You will also be providing support for the Team Member Purchase Programs which includes, but is not limited to, uploading new programs and assisting users with questions.

o Work with contract owners to enter and keep their programs to up to date in Salesforce

o Act as liaison with contract owners to achieve maximum results and build internal HSM customer relationships

o Prepare detailed reports to be used internally and externally to identify gaps/opportunities, usage and progress

o You will be reviewing and updating program start/end dates accurately from Ariba/Salesforce to ensure consistency across all systems

o Post and update program bulletins to the ordering pages on the intranet platform on SharePoint 2013, for Supply Management customers to view and download

o Support the Team Member Purchase Programs platform for Hilton managed and corporate Team Members by answering support questions and creating new programs

o Conduct program creation/maintenance trainings as needed

o To be successful you will consider and identify alternatives to streamline processes

o Identify opportunities to streamline processes

o Maintain professional and technical knowledge by identifying and participating in training programs

o Cultivate relationships with key Supply Management stakeholders

Required Skills:
o Supply chain background

o Experience working as a contracts analyst

o Experience using Salesforce

o Experience using Ariba - big plus!

o Experience working with SharePoint 2013

o Great attention to detail

o Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

o BA/BS Bachelor's Degree

o 3+ years' experience of application support and reporting

o Basic understanding of project management and CRM and CMS tools/concepts

o Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

o Ability to understand/explain and utilize tools to create reports
