As a Global Business Service (GBS) - Service Contract Support Intern with Diebold Nixdorf you will have multiple opportunities to gain corporate experience by being involved in projects, staff meetings, and corporate events. You will be trained on the appropriate tools, languages, and documentation required. Diebold Nixdorf will provide a great learning experience, and you will be invited to participate in events with other Interns and Co-Ops.
Gain understanding of DN systems, processes and procedures within the OTC environment
Assist Service Contract Team Regional associates in troubleshooting customer disputes/issues
Provides support as assigned to ensure service contract related invoices are accurate and delivered on time for assigned customer(s)/region(s)
Gain working knowledge of the following internal information systems: Oracle Service Contracts & Processcope
Gain working knowledge of supporting analytical / reporting tools and systems as assigned including Power BI
Pursuing a four (4) year degree in business related field
Minimum 3.0 GPA is required
Requires very strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prioritize and organize workflow
Experience in PC skills/Windows applications
Knowledge of Oracle, BaaN, SOP, SOARS, and other related systems a plus
Position requires an assertive, motivated, decisive, and results-oriented individual who can work without direct supervision in a team environment
