We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service with a positive attitude. Duties will include processing customer and promotional orders, answering phones to assist customers, and processing returns/discrepancies.
** Requirements **
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with customers and co-workers
- Provide product support, solutions & additional product information
- Strong phone etiquette
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
