During the course of our services engagements, we work side-by-side with our customers and their designated partner in order to help establish customer self-sufficiency in implementing solutions based upon TIBCO technology. We support projects that are aggressive, strategic to our customers’ business, and that leverage mission critical services and applications.
What You'll Do
Establish and help lead the TIBCO projects technically.
Lead or help lead large-scale integration efforts involving the entire TIBCO product suite giving direction to systems integration partners, client and PSG resources. These projects should include the full integration lifecycle from POC to production
Take ownership and responsibility to deliver a complete solution
Participate on requirements gathering, lead architecture discussions, complete documentation of the solution architecture and the demo scenarios to enable consultants to implement projects on TIBCO technology
Evangelize & train internal staff and potentially customers on these solutions – including supporting PoCs and pilot projects on-site / remotely
Work as an Architect on TIBCO BW based application development projects
Analyze requirements; provide architectural directions, guiding/mentoring and leading development team.
Delivering quality solution (technical) & working on Client Proposals, Estimation etc.

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Computer Science with 6-9 years of industry experience.
Good communication skills and ability to understand and clarify complex issues and solutions
Strong Experience in TIBCO BW 5x (and preferably BW 6x), EMS is must.
Should have good understanding of the software development life cycle
Knowledge of HTTP, XML, AJAX, REST, SOAP, Web Services, SOAP UI, WSDL is required.
Knowledge of cloud computing technology and infrastructure as well as experience in designing and migrating applications to the cloud is preferred
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps processes
Proficiency in general programming concepts & Knowledge of OOP is desired (Java, C#, C++)
Ability to manage and mentor small teams (3-7 team members).
Passion for technology and willingness to learn
Knowledge of UNIX and Windows operating system is a plus
Conceptual Knowledge of enterprise architecture integration, business process management and service-oriented architecture
Knowledge of Databases (Preferred: Oracle, MySQL) is desired
