Are you experienced in ecommerce logistics and ready to take on a leadership role? BusiApp, located in north Raleigh near I-540 Exit 14, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Ecommerce Warehouse Member/Lead.
Job Description:
As a Senior Ecommerce Warehouse Member/Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our ecommerce warehouse operations. Collaborating closely with warehouse leads, you will help ensure the efficient shipping and receiving of products for our online storefronts, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Lumintrail.com, LightJunction.com, 1upSupplements.com, and BrushPaperScissors.com. This position offers stable hours (8-5, Monday to Friday) and the opportunity to lead a team in achieving daily goals and quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Mentor and train warehouse team members to optimize performance and ensure adherence to company procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ecommerce platforms to streamline workflows and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ecommerce warehouse operations, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong motivational and team-building skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with warehouse management software.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs and work with ladders as needed.
- Speaking Spanish is a plus
