Viking Resource Groupis currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to work at a rapidly growing, professional, high volume call center. Positions at this beautiful, state of the art company offer excellent growth potentialfrom CSR rep to lead, supervisor, trainer and more! Some experience is desired but will train those with basic customer service and/or good people skills. Training will include one full week of classroom training followed by a week of hands on training.

CSR / Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Customer Service Representatives must be strong communicators
  • CSR must be skilled with Computers and be able to work with multiple software systems
  • Entry level role is excellent for reliable and motivated candidates
  • Must have 1+ years in customer service - any field would be acceptable
  • Must have a good phone voice and be able to communicate well
  • Customer Service Representative must live within a reasonable commute of the Danbury, CT area and have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to prioritize.
  • Solid typing and data entry skills are required for CSR- at least 40+ words per minute
  • English and Spanish speaking roles are both available
  • Supervisory and management roles are available for more advanced candidates

Customer Service Rep, Administrative Assistant, Retail Sales, Retail Manager, Cashier, Student, Receptionist, Restaurant Customer Service, Waiter, Waitress, Sales, Sales Representative and more.

  • Solid base salary - $12.00-15.00/hr depending on shift once the probationary period is over plus bonuses and excellent incentive pay and a benefits package after a probationary period.
  • With incentives a permanent employee should be earning approximately the equivalent of $15.00-20.00/hr or more.
