Center City Law Firm currently looking for a full-time Records Procurement Specialist to add to our growing team. Our philosophy has remained the same since our inception, which is to provide aggressive, confidential, and competent representation to our clients. Has strong organizational skills, is detail oriented, and has the ability to multitask while managing their time independently. Responsibilities Include:

  • Requests records from treatment facilities, diagnostic testing facilities, hospitals and Dr. Offices through phone calls and faxes
  • Updates daily task list for records procurement as documents are received into the office or requests need to be made to outside facilities
  • Requests subpoenaed documents
  • Saves records to case files and marks as complete
  • Requests checks as needed

Requirements:

  • Computer Skills: Microsoft office suites
  • Prior experience working in a medical facility or law firm is preferred
  • Prior experience with standard office equipment; printers, scanners, copiers
  • Must have excellent punctuality and attendance.
  • Time Matters experience a plus
  • Must be able to meet/exceed monthly goals
