Job Description

At Hyatt Residence Club, The Quality Assurance Officer is a collaborative team member who is responsible to provide assistance to the Sales department and the Document Origination department by accurately and efficiently confirming vacation ownership purchase contracts. This includes ensuring the ownership agreements are executed properly and within the established resort goal and company financial and sale guidelines. Additional responsibilities include providing the customer with a branded purchasing experience, assisting management with continually improving the working environment and procedural processes to achieve higher levels of quality performance.

  • Oversee day to day interactions between sales and document origination staff to maintain

  • Ability to successfully and simultaneously manage multiple tasks and work with minimal
direction

complying with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard and the Fair Credit

Reporting Act

  • Sustain current and maintain a high level of understanding on internal business guidelines,
process and products

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • California real-estate license – must have a California notary or able to attain a California notary within 60 days
  • Organizational, time management and proven analytical and numerical skills
  • Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience at a globally branded organization with
strong customer service practices

  • Title closing experiences a plus
  • Prior banking background a plus
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Prior Internal Sales presentation, Timeshare and/or Real Estate Background
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; In-depth knowledge of vacation ownership terminology and universal practices
  • Ability to organize and prioritize daily work, including tracking and managing numerous and varied tasks
  • Computer proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Software
