This position is based in the Baltimore MD area.
Based at our client's project site, you’ll be responsible for managing our project team working alongside Owner’s staff. You’ll be responsible for the overall project delivery, and for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program / project objectives.
You’ll manage and provide project leadership / management / oversight healthcare program and resolve complex project related issues, changes, and challenges.
As the onsite Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope, and safety of the team.
3+ years of experience as a Construction / Project Manager managing multiple healthcare projects. Experience in Imaging projects a huge plus.
Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building.
Good communication skills are a must!

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
