Full Job Description
You know the secret to a successful project is tracking the balance between resources and performance. You can look at metrics, identify risk indicators, and plan changes to keep the project within budget and on time while achieving goals successfully. What if you could use those project analysis skills to make a difference in advancing earned value management across Booz Allen’s portfolio of projects? We have an opportunity for a project analyst to join our team as we stand up earned value management processes and build cost and schedules plans and deliverables on new projects and grow our talent and capability in this area.
On our team, you’ll lead efforts to monitor cost, schedule, and performance using tools like Cobra, wInsight, Acumen, Microsoft Project, and Primavera and regular interactions with your support staff, project managers, CAMs, financial POCs, clients, and firm EVMS compliance leads. The real power of project analysis comes from communication, so you’ll create Integrated Program Management Reports including cost, schedule, risk, variances, estimates at completion, and analysis; and make experience based recommendations for improvement to project leadership. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. This is a chance to use your analysis skills while expanding your project management experience. Join us and make sure our project stays on-time and within budget as we improve program management across the federal government.
