Niznik Behavioral Health (NBH) is a provider of behavioral health services for adolescents and adults. We are dedicated to serving those in need by clearing pathways to gain access to life changing addiction recovery services. We are opening rehabilitation facilities nationwide and searching for positive, hardworking individuals to join our growing company, and who want to make a difference in people’s lives.

We are looking for drug and alcohol interventionists, outreach and marketers to market our treatment facility.

Responsibilities
Increase awareness of NBH services in an assigned territory to generate patient referrals

Execute analysis of assigned territory and creates quarterly strategic plans and budgets

Develop and implement strategies for new and existing referral sources

Develop and maintain positive relationships with key referral sources including hospitals, unions, employee assistance programs, other substance abuse providers, private practitioners, courts, law offices, schools, and recovery advocacy groups.

Report daily and weekly activities in Zoho CRM, in advance and when completed

Monitor Zoho CRM daily for needed actions and follow ups

Offer clinically informed tours of NBH facilities to potential or existing referral sources

Act as a liaison to professional referents to promote NBH services

Professionally represent NBH at networking events, conferences, and meetings

Draft communications to prospective referral sources and appropriate community resources

Execute bi-weekly CRM direct mail campaigns to assigned accounts

Assist in the development and appropriate distribution of printed collateral for marketing purposes

Continuously provide clinical updates and appropriate information to referral sources

Accurately refer clients to the organization with an understanding of appropriateness and level of care

Provide alternative referral options for clients who are not appropriate for NBH services

Carry out responsibilities in compliance with NBH policies along with local, state and federal laws.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred (human services, behavioral health, communications, business or marketing)

Two years experience in healthcare marketing or sales is preferred

Two years experience in the behavioral health field is preferred

Knowledge of behavioral health disorders and services

Knowledge of twelve step meetings and family support groups

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Must be passionate about NBH’s mission to help people struggling with substance abuse

Must have ability to function independently, be self motivating with minimal supervision

Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance

Proficient with Google programs such as Gmail, Hangouts, Docs, Sheets and Calendar
