We are looking for people who are cheerful, fun-loving, responsible, and dependable to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their home and community.
Full and part time positions, with various hours, are available in Fort Smith, Van Buren, Mulberry, and Alma. A high school diploma/GED, reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and registration, auto insurance in applicant’s name, electronic device with access to the internet, and ability to perform personal care are required. Lifting may be required for specific positions. This is a safety sensitive position, meaning the potential employee is responsible for the safety of others. The successful applicant must have the ability to understand and implement written plans of care and document services provided.
