Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Leadership Development Consultant will grow our global Leadership Development programs and initiatives through innovative, design based learning approaches. Our Leadership Development Consultants build, develop and grow our award winning leadership development experiences for our global organization. We need a consultant that has the following capabilities and experiences:

Demonstrated modern and global approach to learning & Leadership Development consultation & advisement, methods & processes (assess, design, develop, delivery, evaluation).
Ability to integrate talent management and organizational development throughout learning and leadership development programs.
Blended learning design, development, delivery and strong facilitation capability.
Creative & visually appealing approach to digital and physical channels for learning
Certifications in coaching, assessments, facilitation.
Leverage data, analytics & metrics and measures in order to determine ROI and alignment with desired outcomes, and to continuously improve the program and experience.

Key Accountabilities:
Development and implementation of learning and leadership development programs to support global leadership development needs.
Employ sound instructional design as well as a strong understanding of NCR’s culture and design based thinking.
Agile program design and execution including all aspects of project & program management
Facilitation of instructor led and digital programs.
Be an excellent consultant across the organization through strong efforts to collaborate with HR colleagues and other stakeholders.
Curate content and set up experiences in modern digital course tools.
Facilitate various professional & leadership development programs.
Team & collaborate across Talent Development and HR.
Take ownership over specific assigned tasks and projects.
Work with the NCRU shared services team to ensure assigned content is coordinated and tracked appropriately.
Pull down reports from NCRU to track learning participation and evaluations.
Create evaluations as needed in various tools.
Other projects and tasks as requested/desired.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Experience in program management for leadership development programs or initiatives.
Ability to work through ambiguous situations.
Demonstrated ability to create project plans that take an agile, design based thinking approach.
Demonstrated business acumen.
Have an innovative, creative and growth mindset
Demonstrated ability to deliver high impact solutions to meet business needs, ability to adapt your style and approach to meet your audience.
Professional presence to credibly and confidently work with managers and leaders in and out of the classroom.
Track record of modern approach to learning.
Strong stand up teaching, coaching, facilitation and presentation skills.
5-7 years of experience in Leadership Development, Talent Development and/or Learning with demonstrated high level of skill and experience in leadership development and learning design and implementation.

Preferred:
Undergraduate degree in business administration, marketing or communications.
Experience and certified in 360 feedback.
Certification or advanced courses in instructional/Learning design, human resource development, educational technology, communications, business or other relevant field preferred.
