Hiring Immediately for Experienced Welder AND Custom Fabricator Full Time Permanent Positions
On Time Fab, Inc is looking for highly skilled Custom Fabricators with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Applicant must be a self-starter, work independently with the knowledge and ability to take on a project from start to finish with precision and accuracy with minimal supervision. Job duties listed below are a requirement for this position.
Additional skills a plus: Ironworker, Field Welder, Maintenance Mechanic and Mechanic.
Job Duties Include:
- Must be able to read/understand engineering drawings & specs to plan completion of pieces
- Cut, grind, machine, and form work-pieces as required accurately including sheet metal, plate, tube, pipe, channel and angle.
- Weld components and assemblies, using TIG or MIG on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Must be proficient with all measuring equipment to inspect your own work
- Perform final assembly to produce high quality finished products
Requirements:
- DRUG TESTING REQUIRED
- Must have a good work ethic and desire to produce high quality product for our clients
- Must be punctual and maintain a good attendance record
- Must be self‐motivated and stay productive
- Must be committed to safety and shop cleanliness
- Must have a positive attitude and be able work within the team
- Be able to work overtime when required
- Must be willing to learn new skills
