Primary Responsibilities:
Manage and support a group of senior analysts
Direct and perform analysis of contracts, including the terms such as exclusions, etc.
Communicate the results of transactions and changes in transactions to other groups, such as client service managers and at time clients
Manage a group of clients through their Manufacturer’s Discounts transactions, including their quarterly reporting, ad hoc requests, reporting to Medicare, their contract changes, etc.
Prepare documentation and support external and internal audits and ad hoc reporting for stakeholders
Significant exposure to company leaders through working on high profile clients and participation in cross functional initiatives
Develop and lead innovative approaches for continued improvement in efficiency and effectiveness
Review the work of others

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors or higher degree with concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
4+ years of Accounting, Finance, transaction analysis or related experience
Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them

Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare, Pharma and / or PBM industry experience
CPA, CFA, CIA or other certification
Customer service experience
Has managed a direct report
Experience working with large sets of data
