Provides reference services to patrons at the public service desk.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum one year customer service experience.
Proficiency with a variety of technology including Windows and IOS platforms, Microsoft Office and mobile devices.
Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
Knowledge of eBooks and reference resources.

Salary & Benefits:
$16.92 / hour
