Platinum Pest Solutions is hiring an Account Manager for our nationally ranked Pest Control Company. The Account Managers play a vital role within our company and is responsible for prospecting and building and sustaining long-tern relationships with prospective customers while focusing on creating new revenue opportunities, client retention, and ancillary sales. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new qualified leads from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and prospects, focusing on creating new revenue opportunities within your sales territory.
Develop and maintain a daily schedule to maximize selling opportunities while meeting with customers to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
Assist in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
Proactively present site enhancement ideas to your customer base.
Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services.
Generate referrals from existing client base and develop a new customer base within your sales territory.
Provide detailed, customized solutions to your customer base.
Excellent daily time management to meet all company set goals.
Meet and exceed all set sales goals on a daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Things We Are Looking For
1-5 years of B2B and creative selling skills
Proven sales track record
Passionate, dynamic and success driven
Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas
A proven track record of strong client relationships
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
Excellent telephone, communication, and relationship building skills
High energy level and positive attitude
Resourceful, well-organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented

Base salary between $26,000-$36,000 (depending on experience) plus commission and bonuses
